Andy Barron - Personal Trainer & Body Transformation Expert

With well over a decade of experience in personal training/ strength and conditioning, Andy has dedicated his career to helping both athletes and the general public achieve their fitness goals. Whether it’s improving sports performance, general fat loss, weight loss, or muscle gain, Andy’s expertise covers all aspects of physical fitness.

Andy has successfully trained thousands of clients, including men and women preparing for bodybuilding and bikini competitions, professional athletes, and individuals focused on general health and wellbeing. His comprehensive approach ensures that each client receives personalised training tailored to their specific needs and goals.

In addition to his work as a personal trainer, Andy is also the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Park View Academy of Sport and a football coach at Middlesbrough Academy. He applies his extensive knowledge to develop young athletes, demonstrating his passion for sports and fitness through his commitment to helping others transform their bodies and lives.

DR Matthew Brown - S&C Specialist

Matthew is a seasoned sports scientist, strength & conditioning coach, and personal trainer with 10 years of experience in professional sports. He spent 4 years working with the first team and academy at Paris Saint Germain F.C., where he also completed his PhD. Currently, Matt serves as a consultant for the Scottish national youth football teams and works with North-East based athletes across various sports.

Matt specializes in our Institute of Sports (IOS) youth and senior programs, aimed at athletes involved in sports. He is also running FITEclub classes and is heavily involved in our Platinum Programming package.

​

Passionate about delivering professional-level training to help athletes develop and achieve their goals, Matt is excited to bring his expertise to the members of FITE Performance and support them in their athletic journeys.

Reyhan

 

Reyhan is a dedicated coach and skilled footballer, having honed his expertise at Park View Academy of Sport where he excelled in all his courses. Now an essential part of our team, Reyhan's contributions are invaluable.

Reyhan channels his enthusiasm and knowledge into leading our FITEclub program, particularly focusing on HYROX activities. His commitment and ability to inspire make him an exceptional coach for these demanding and dynamic sessions.

Moreover, Reyhan plays a crucial role in our Institute of Sports, where he nurtures young talents and helps them achieve their goals. His engagement with our Platinum Program members highlights his dedication to personalized training, ensuring each athlete reaches their peak performance.

Carl Kalugarama

 

Carl is a new coach with a wealth of experience in competitive sports and a deep knowledge of Olympic lifting. Carl is here to take your fitness to the next level.

Carl’s expertise isn’t just limited to personal training; he will be involved in our exclusive FITEclub classes, taking some of the sessions and crafting dynamic Workouts of the Day (WODs) that challenge and inspire. Additionally, Carl will spearhead our HYROX program, designed to push your limits and achieve peak performance.

Joe Sykes is a fantastic athlete and footballer, having emerged from Park View Academy of Sport where he completed all of his courses. He is now a valuable member of our team.

Joe brings his passion and expertise to the forefront as he leads our FITEclub program, including all HYROX activities. His dedication and experience make him an excellent leader for these challenging and dynamic classes.

In addition to his work with FITEclub, Joe is an integral part of our Institute of Sports, where he contributes to developing young athletes and guiding them to success.
